Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pure Hurghada Travel Service. We strive to provide the best experience for our guests. Below are the terms regarding how we handle bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Booking Confirmation

To confirm a booking, we require basic information (Hotel name, Room number, and Passport copies for trips requiring permits like Cairo or Luxor).
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email from our team.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time will receive a 100% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, or “No Shows” at the time of pick-up, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your trip for free if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance (subject to availability).

3. Cancellation by Pure Hurghada

Occasionally, trips may be canceled due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, coast guard restrictions, or government orders).

In such cases, we will offer you the choice between an alternative date or a full 100% refund.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the guest (e.g., flight tickets or external hotel bookings).

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments in Cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or EGP) on the day of the trip for most excursions.
For certain private tours or large groups, a small deposit may be required via PayPal or Bank Transfer to secure the booking.

5. Travel Permits (Luxor & Cairo)

For trips to Luxor and Cairo, we must obtain security permits 24 hours in advance. Please ensure all provided passport information is accurate. Pure Hurghada is not responsible for trip delays caused by incorrect information provided by the guest.
